MessagePort provides all the SMS functionality your business requires to make communication simple and effective. Send messages to as many or as few recipients as you like and track your communication with live reporting.

Send SMS

Copy and paste a single or multiple numbers into the Enter Number field, select a contact(s) or group(s) to build you recipient list.

Composing your message is just as simple as building your recipient list – set your reply options and compose your message. You have scheduling option such as sending your message at a later date or recurring schedules or simply send your message immediately.

Reports

Messageport’s comprehensive reporting tracks all messages sent via the Online Platform, EmailSMS or API SMS, for administrators you have the ability to view global reporting on the overall account.

DLR’s (delivery receipts) are recorded and visible per SMS sent. Display reporting via campaign view or drill to see details of each message sent.

Virtual Number Management

Purchase a unique virtual mobile number for SMS promotions and take advantage of “Text-In” campaigns.

Though our Online SMS Platform manage user permission per virtual number and control the content that can be automatically sent back though keyword management. Any recipient opt outs are automatically managed through our opt out function taking the stress out of marketing compliance.

Merge SMS

Merge SMS allows you to send a personalised your messages to many contacts via uploading a .csv file.

This process allows you to not only add the recipients number and name in separate columns of your .csv but any other information you would like to use to personalise your message. These fields are then available for you in the SMS composition screen as merge field button.

Templates

Do you send the same message often? With our SMS templates, write your message once, save it, and then re-use it as often as you need to.

Set up unlimited message templates in order to make sending recurring messages effortless and error free.

Multi Users & Administrators

Administrators have the ability to oversee account reporting, manage virtual number, global templates, contacts, groups and user lists. Messageport now allows you to set up multiple account administrators but unlimited users.

Web Inbox

Web Inbox allows you to receive replies from your recipients and continue the conversation by simply clicking Reply. Our intuitive Web Inbox  comprehensively manage replies by storing, deleting and exporting conversation threads. Messages and replies are automatically threaded so you can follow each and every conversation with ease.

Contacts and Groups

Set up contacts and group by entering them in individually or uploading numbers or your database from a .csv file.

MessagePort allows you to easily send messages to your contact/group lists from the Send SMS screen. Administrators can manage permissions of contacts and group for visibility by for all users.

Cost Centres

Cost centres allow you to set up multiple user defined groups to company divisions or departments. Users on your account can be grouped into these cost centres for reporting or costing purposes.
